Should I get the Toshiba Regza 120Hz OR 65Hz?

I want to get a 46 inch 1080p LCD Toshiba Regza because I've heard they have the best price point and are basically very good. There is a 120Hz version (the "Toshiba Regza 46 inch 1080p 120Hz Flat-Panel LCD HDTV, model #46LX177") for $2,300 AND there is the 65Hz version (the "Toshiba Regza 46 inch 1080p Widescreen LCD HDTV, model #46RF350U") for $1,900. I don't think I want to spend $400 more just for the 120Hz version compared to the 65Hz version. Does anyone know if there is a big difference between these two TVs other than the Hz? Generally, which one should I get?
